About TRIAD
TRIAD is a flexible agency that integrates three areas of work:
Strategy · Creativity · Technology
Our purpose is to help companies, startups, personal brands and businesses in the process of going digital to strengthen their presence, develop their identity, improve their processes and build digital solutions.
TRIAD integrates strategy, design, communication, marketing, advertising, programming, web development, software and automation to build solutions tailored to each project.
General Consideration Regarding the Plans
- The plans presented in this document are baseline work proposals created to make it easier to choose a service.
- All plans may be modified, expanded or reduced according to the specific needs of each client.
- Any change in the number of services, deliverables, content, features, working time or project scope may increase or decrease the final price of the service.
- Before starting any work, TRIAD will present to the client the final scope, the corresponding price and the agreed conditions.
- The published prices are reference values and do not necessarily represent the final price of a customized engagement.
- The flexibility of the plans allows each proposal to be adapted to the client's real needs.
Service Plans
Customized Engagements
The plans above are a working baseline. TRIAD can also develop fully customized proposals.
The client may request, for example:
“Analyze my business and tell me what I need.”
In that case, TRIAD may analyze the business, its digital presence, identity, processes and needs in order to build a specific proposal that may combine strategy, marketing, advertising, branding, design, content, social media, web development, software, automation, integrations, consulting and ongoing support.
The price is set according to the real scope of the project.
Multi-Month Engagements
Monthly plans have a standard duration of 30 days, but TRIAD may also work with clients over longer periods (2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or another agreed period).
When the engagement exceeds 30 days, the following are established in advance:
- Duration.
- Services.
- Amount of content.
- Deliverables.
- Meetings.
- Technological development.
- Monthly price or total price.
- Payment method.
- Start and end date.
The price may change depending on the duration, amount of work and services included. TRIAD operates as a flexible agency, so each working relationship can be adapted to the client's real needs.
Service Timelines
Timelines depend on the type of service contracted:
- One-off services: An estimated delivery date is set according to the scope.
- Monthly services: They have a standard duration of 30 days.
- Web, software and systems development: The time depends on the number of pages, features, design, integrations, database, users, revisions and information provided by the client.
If the client delays delivery of necessary information, materials, access, approvals or payments, the timelines may change. The new date will depend on TRIAD's availability.
Payment Terms
- One-off projects: The standard arrangement is 50% to start and 50% before final delivery. Development does not begin until the first payment is received.
- Longer-term projects: Payment may be divided into stages or work milestones.
- Monthly services: Payment is made at the start of each period, unless another arrangement is agreed.
The specific conditions of each project are set out in the corresponding proposal.
Client Information and Materials
To properly develop a project, the client must provide the necessary information, materials and access, which may include logos, photographs, videos, texts, business information, contact details, platform access, technical information, commercial material and visual references.
TRIAD may request additional information when necessary to develop the project.
Changes and Revisions
- Each service includes a set number of revisions when so specified. A revision consists of adjustments to a previously presented proposal.
- Additional changes: Requests involving new concepts, new pieces, new features, complete changes of direction, expansion of scope or requests not initially contemplated may result in an additional charge.
- Additional work is presented through an additional agreement or a new quote before it is carried out.
Social Media and Access
- The client's accounts, profiles and platforms remain the property of the client.
- When necessary, TRIAD may receive access as an administrator, collaborator or authorized user in order to carry out the contracted activities.
- Priority will be given to using appropriate permissions to avoid sharing main credentials when the platform allows other alternatives.
- Upon completion of the service, access remains under the client's control.
Authorship, Intellectual Property and Use of the Work
- Creation and Authorship: All work developed by TRIAD for a client —including graphic pieces, visual identities, creative concepts, content, designs, websites, interfaces, systems, code, automations, strategies and other deliverables— constitutes a creation developed by TRIAD within the contracted project. Delivery or authorization of use does not change its status as a creation made by TRIAD nor eliminate the creative or technical authorship.
- Rights of Use: The client may use the deliverables for the purposes established in the contracted service and in accordance with the agreed conditions. Licenses, transfer of economic rights, editable files, source code and reuse must be expressly defined in the proposal or agreement.
- Credit: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TRIAD will retain recognition of its participation as creator or developer. The client may not present TRIAD's creative process or development as its own.
- Advertising and Communication Work: For advertising pieces, campaigns and communication materials, the client receives the right of use corresponding to the contracted scope. TRIAD may keep samples of the work as part of its professional portfolio, unless express confidentiality applies.
- Technological Development: A distinction is made between the product developed for the client, the specific code, third-party resources and TRIAD's own methodologies/resources.
- Use by Third Parties: The client is responsible for ensuring that any later use of the delivered materials respects third-party licenses and permissions (photographs, typefaces, music, software, plugins, templates).
Digital Content
For the purposes of the social media plans:
- Post: A static graphic piece prepared for a social media network.
- Carousel: A post made up of several images that the user can swipe through (up to 5 slides counted as one post).
- Story: Single-screen content for stories (sequences counted individually).
- Reel: A short video of up to approximately 30–45 seconds within the basic plans, made from material provided by the client. It may include cuts, music, text, subtitles and basic transitions. It does not include filming, professional production, actors, locations, voice-over or advanced motion graphics, unless quoted separately.
Paid Advertising
- The budget allocated to advertising platforms is not included in the price of the plans, unless expressly indicated.
- Money allocated to advertising is separate from the fee TRIAD receives for its services.
- The client may set the advertising budget according to its objectives.
Domains, Hosting and Third-Party Tools
Third-party costs are not included unless expressly indicated and include domains, hosting, email services, automation platforms, plugins, licenses, paid tools, external services and APIs. These costs will be communicated to the client when necessary.
Technological Development
Programming projects are carried out on a previously defined scope (what will be developed, features, users, information to be stored, platforms, integrations and out-of-scope items). New features requested after the initial scope has been approved may result in a new quote.
Delivery and Approval
- TRIAD presents progress according to the type of project. The client must review and communicate its feedback within the established process.
- Approval of a stage allows work to move on to the next one. Once a deliverable has been approved, subsequent changes may be considered additional work if they involve modifying an already approved stage.
Portfolio
- TRIAD may use completed projects as part of its professional portfolio when there is authorization or agreement to do so.
- If the client requires confidentiality, this condition may be established in advance.
- Publication in the portfolio does not imply that TRIAD owns the client's brand, business, accounts or assets.
Confidentiality
The information provided by the client will be handled responsibly and used exclusively for purposes related to the contracted service, except for specific confidentiality conditions established separately.
Pauses and Cancellations
- If a project must be paused due to the client's decision or a lack of information or approval, delivery times may change.
- Work already carried out corresponds to the time and resources used by TRIAD. The specific cancellation conditions will be established according to the contracted project.
Additional Services
Any service outside the initial scope will be communicated in advance, detailing what will be done, what it includes, the estimated time and the additional price, and will be carried out once the client has approved it.
Meetings
Meetings may be held virtually or in person. In-person meetings must be coordinated in advance and, if they require travel outside the usual work area, the associated costs may be quoted additionally.
TRIAD's Flexibility
The plans are not intended to limit the possibilities of the project. TRIAD may adapt its involvement (starting with design, adding development, adding automations, expanding strategy or evolving toward a customized system) as the project evolves, provided this is agreed in advance.
Creative Freedom
TRIAD works with creative freedom within the established objectives and limits, which allows it to propose ideas, recommend changes, experiment, put forward strategies and question decisions with a view to continuous improvement. The client retains final approval of the elements of its project.
Work Model
- 1.Discover: Get to know the business, its needs and objectives.
- 2.Define: Establish strategy, scope, priorities and deliverables.
- 3.Create: Develop identity, content, design and concepts.
- 4.Develop: Build pages, systems, automations and digital solutions.
- 5.Implement: Take the solutions to the corresponding channels and platforms.
- 6.Drive: Analyze results, make improvements and define the next steps.

The TRIAD Principle
TRIAD starts from a simple idea:
We think. We create. We build.
- We think strategies.
- We create identities, experiences and content.
- We build technology and digital solutions.
Three forces working together to help every project move forward.
TRIADNever stay the same.
Note on This Document
This document sets out the general conditions under which TRIAD presents and provides its services. For each project, proposal or engagement, particular conditions may be established relating to scope, deliverables, prices, timelines, intellectual property, licenses and other specific aspects.
When an engagement requires a document with specific legal effects, the conditions must be formalized in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, reviewed by a legal professional.
